Responsibilities

• Engage customers, build relationships, and inspire personal style through in-person and digital interactions.
• Achieve sales goals by styling customers and curating content on digital platforms including text and social media.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and promoting loyalty programs.
• Occasionally perform work in other departments as business needs require and work a flexible schedule.
