Provide exceptional sales and styling service for shoes, cultivating customer relationships both in-store and digitally, meeting sales goals, and supporting department operations. Maintain product knowledge and use networking and technology to drive sales while working a flexible schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and style
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow following
• Open new rewards program accounts for customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
• Be flexible with varying hours and weekly schedules
