Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and focuses on cultivating and growing a customer following both digitally and in-store. They set and achieve sales goals, provide excellent customer service on the customer’s terms, and give confident styling and fit advice. The role requires flexibility to work varying schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit to help customers find the right products
• Use networking and technology to open new customer accounts and drive sales
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, applying price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require

• Excellent communication and people skills with a customer-first mindset
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using digital tools and social channels to engage customers and drive sales
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs and collaborate effectively on a team
• Physical ability to be on your feet for long periods, frequently bend, reach, and lift items up to 25 pounds
• Organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail
