Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit to customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open customer rewards accounts and support loyalty initiatives
• Be flexible to work varying schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments
