Retail Sales - Women's Apparel

Summary

We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive sales and deliver personalized styling for women's apparel. The role combines in-store and digital selling to build lasting customer relationships and meet performance goals. The schedule varies based on business needs and may require flexibility to work in other departments occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow a personal customer following.
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and product selection.
• Perform department tasks including filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Grow relationships by opening new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and supporting team selling.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to use networking and technology to drive sales.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, prioritize multiple tasks, and maintain organization and follow-through.
• Flexible availability to meet business needs and occasionally work outside the hired department.
• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending, reaching, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
