Summary

Provide personalized lingerie sales and bra fittings to help customers find proper fit and style. Build lasting customer relationships through in-store and digital interactions while meeting sales goals. Collaborate with the team to maintain a customer-ready department and stay current on product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Conduct bra fittings by measuring for size and providing fit and style guidance
• Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and digital outreach
• Achieve sales goals using in-store tools and digital channels such as text and social media
• Support department operations through stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, filling orders, and light cleaning

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with empathy and sensitivity for diverse body types
• Self-motivated and goal-driven with an interest in using networking and technology to drive sales
• Ability to multitask, prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work a flexible schedule
• Physical ability to be active for 6-8 hours per shift, perform frequent bending and reaching, and lift up to 25 pounds
