Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Cultivate and grow lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide honest, confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Work flexibly across departments and adapt schedule based on business needs
