Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling and fit guidance with honest feedback
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Maintain a customer ready department including light cleaning
• Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
