Provide personalized styling and sales support to customers across women's apparel departments, building lasting relationships through in-store and digital interactions while driving sales and appointments. Complete company training and participate in outreach, follow up, and merchandising to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Offer styling advice and honest product feedback to assist customer purchases
• Create customer connections using in-store interactions and digital tools
• Drive sales through outreach, appointment setting, and follow up
• Introduce customers to loyalty programs and new arrivals
• Sell across multiple departments and price points
• Maintain a clean organized sales floor and merchandise presentation
• Participate in events and adapt to varying store needs and styles

Requirements

• Experience in retail styling sales or related customer service roles
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Ability to use digital tools and social media for customer engagement
• Goal driven with ability to meet sales targets and appointment goals
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours and lift up to 25 pounds
