Summary

Provide personalized styling and wardrobe advice to customers in-store and online, build lasting client relationships, and drive sales through appointments, outreach, and digital engagement. Complete company training and develop product knowledge while supporting multiple departments and merchandising needs. Maintain a welcoming, organized sales floor and adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver confident styling advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Create connections using in-store interactions and digital tools including social media and apps.
• Drive sales growth through outreach, appointment-setting, and follow-up activities.
• Support events and non-event selling periods to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized sales environment.
• Sell across departments to expand customer exposure to different styles.
• Manage customer follow-up and invite customers to promotions and events.

• Ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching.
• Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds.
