Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide style and fit advice with honest and confident feedback
• Open new customer accounts for the retailer rewards program
• Fill orders, restock merchandise, remerchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
• Collaborate with team members and be flexible to support other departments when needed
