Retail Salesperson focused on shoes responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales goals in-store and digitally, and supporting department operations. The salesperson will use technology and networking to grow customer relationships and Nordstrom Rewards enrollments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
• Provide style and fit advice with honest and confident feedback
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts to grow customer engagement
• Perform merchandising tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
• Work collaboratively with the team and be flexible to assist in other departments as needed
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs
