Summary

Customer-focused retail sales role responsible for achieving sales goals through in-store and digital selling while providing personalized styling and excellent service. The salesperson will build lasting customer relationships, use technology and social channels to grow a customer following, and support department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and fit guidance with confidence and honesty
• Use text and social media tools to grow customer following and sales
• Open new customer rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and maintain department presentation
• Work flexibly and potentially support other departments as needed
• Collaborate with team members to deliver strong customer service
