Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media to grow customer following and drive sales
- Stock merchandise, fill orders, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer ready department
- Open new customer reward accounts to grow loyalty program
- Be flexible to work in other departments as needed
- Work varied schedules based on business needs
