Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools like text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a customer following
• Provide styling guidance, honest feedback on fit, and excellent customer service on customers' terms
• Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards accounts and support team sales initiatives
