Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and product feedback on fit and selection
- Use text and social media tools to support selling and grow customer following
- Open new customer rewards program accounts
- Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, and perform price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
- Occasionally work duties in other departments as business needs require
- Be flexible to work varied schedules
