Summary

The Retail Salesperson in Women's Apparel is responsible for driving in-store and digital sales by building and maintaining customer relationships and providing styling and fit guidance. This role uses technology and social tools to engage customers and meet sales goals while keeping the department merchandised and customer-ready. The position requires flexibility to support multiple departments and varying schedules based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including use of text and social media.
• Build and grow lasting customer relationships and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback about product fit and style.
• Maintain department presentation by filling orders, restocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Support team by occasionally performing duties in other departments as needed.
• Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced retail environment and follow through on assignments.
