Retail Sales - Women's Apparel - Fashion Island

Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for cultivating and growing a customer following both in-store and digitally. This role meets sales goals through in-person and digital selling, provides styling and fit advice, and maintains product and merchandising standards. The position requires a flexible schedule and occasional work in other departments as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for both in-store and digital channels using selling tools including text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer accounts.
• Provide confident, honest feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent customer service on customers' terms.
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Open new rewards program accounts and use networking and technology to drive sales.

• Interest and ability to use digital tools and social media to engage customers and meet sales goals.
• Flexible availability to work varied schedules and occasionally perform duties in other departments.
• Physical ability to be mobile for 6-8 hours per shift, perform bending and reaching, and lift/move merchandise up to 25 pounds regularly and occasionally heavier items when required.
