Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Provide confident styling and fit advice to customers
• Keep the department customer-ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Open customer rewards accounts and support promotional and loyalty initiatives
• Work flexibly across departments and adapt schedule to meet business needs
