Retail Sales - Womens Apparel - Garden State Plaza

Summary

Provide exceptional fashion and styling advice to customers, cultivate and grow a customer following both digitally and in-store, and meet sales goals through in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media. Maintain department presentation and assist with customer orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning. Be flexible to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide styling guidance and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use networking and technology including text and social media to drive sales
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to work varied hours and occasionally perform duties in other departments

• Physical ability for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift including bending and reaching
• Frequent use of hands for grasping and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds regularly and occasionally up to 25 pounds
