Summary

The Salesperson supports women's apparel sales by styling customers and building lasting relationships both digitally and in-store. This role works toward sales goals while helping keep the department ready for customers.

Responsibilities

• Achieve in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media.
• Build customer relationships and provide helpful feedback on style and fit.
• Develop fashion and product knowledge and open Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, mark down prices, and perform light cleaning.
• Work flexibly across departments and schedules based on business needs.
