Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels, using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a personal customer following
• Provide honest, confident styling and fit advice to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and keep the department customer-ready
• Open customer rewards program accounts and promote loyalty enrollment
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed and work a flexible schedule based on business needs
