Job Description

Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling, cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store, and meets sales goals using selling tools including text and social media. The role focuses on building lasting customer relationships, providing style and fit guidance, and maintaining department presentation while supporting occasional cross-department duties. The schedule varies by week and requires flexibility to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
  • Use selling tools such as text and social media to drive sales
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
  • Provide honest confident feedback on style and fit
  • Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
  • Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
  • Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
  • Occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
  • Organizational skills and strong follow through
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
  • Ability to perform continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lift items up to 25 pounds
