Summary

Passionate salesperson who delivers exceptional styling and customer service in women's apparel, both in-store and via digital channels. Uses social and text-based selling tools to build and grow a loyal customer following and meet sales goals. Works with the team to maintain a customer-ready department and supports store operations as needed.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and grow the Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback about fit and product to customers
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, complete price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Support other departments on an occasional, flexible basis as business needs require

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented focus
• Interest in using networking and technology to drive sales and engage customers
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, work effectively in a team, and maintain organization and follow-through
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to be on your feet and move continuously for 6-8 hours, frequently bend, reach, and lift up to 25 pounds
