Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
• Use text and social media to engage customers and grow sales
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide honest and confident styling and fit guidance
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise the department
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
• Be flexible to occasionally work in other departments as needed
