Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow customer following
- Provide excellent customer service with honest and confident feedback about style and fit
- Seek and maintain product and fashion knowledge to enhance expertise
- Perform department tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Open new rewards program accounts to grow customer relationships
- Work as part of a team and support other departments when required
- Work a flexible schedule that varies by week based on business needs
- Handle merchandise and assist customers with frequent movement and lifting
