Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital channels
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit
• Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
• Open new customer reward accounts to grow relationships
• Fill orders, restock, remerchandise, and perform price markdowns
• Perform light cleaning and keep department customer ready
• Be flexible to perform duties in other departments as needed
