Join the accessories sales team to drive in-store and digital sales through excellent customer service, styling advice, and relationship building. The role requires flexibility in schedule and occasional cross-department support while maintaining department presentation and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling including text and social media
- Build lasting relationships and cultivate a customer following
- Provide styling and fit advice with honesty and confidence
- Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns
- Open new customer rewards program accounts to grow relationships
- Work collaboratively with team members and assist in other departments as needed
- Follow store procedures to deliver excellent customer service on customers terms
- Perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, reaching, and handling merchandise
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with strong sales focus
- Interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals
- Ability to work effectively in a team and prioritize multiple tasks
- Organized with strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and lifting up to 25 pounds occasionally
