Summary
The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, building long-term client relationships, and supporting store goals. Reporting to store leadership, this role also assists with visual merchandising and training needs while maintaining brand standards and contributing to a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients and provide exceptional client service following brand standards.
- Develop and cultivate long-lasting client relationships through active clientele management.
- Drive sales and achieve individual KPIs such as ADT and UPT.
- Support inventory preparation and execution as required.
- Proactively follow up on customer charge sends, repairs, and holds.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with store leadership to adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Participate as a team player in store activities and contribute to a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment.
- Strong interpersonal and client-centric skills with professional presentation.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred.
- Technologically savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook.
- Dependable, punctual, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to perform varied duties as requested by management.
