Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling, using tools such as text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow a personal client base
• Provide confident and honest feedback on style and fit to customers
• Support department readiness by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, and performing price markdowns
• Use networking and technology to generate sales and open new customer loyalty accounts
• Work a flexible schedule and assist in other departments as business needs require
