The Retail Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and cultivates and grows a customer following both digitally and in-store. This role sets and achieves sales goals through in-store and digital selling, provides styling and fit guidance, and supports department readiness through merchandising and order fulfillment.
Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital channels
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Use text and social media to engage customers and grow sales
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise the department
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep area customer ready
- Open new rewards accounts to grow customer relationships
- Occasionally work in other departments as business needs require
- Work a flexible schedule with varying hours based on business needs

- Excellent communication and people skills

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Organization and strong follow through
- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capacity for continuous movement 6-8 hours per shift with frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
