Summary
Regional in-store specialist responsible for serving as the liaison between corporate and department store teams to drive sales, maintain merchandising standards, and execute in-store initiatives across assigned accounts in the Philadelphia and Washington DC areas of Pennsylvania.
Responsibilities
- Drive sales in dedicated department store accounts and achieve assigned sales goals
- Maintain pristine merchandising and competitive facings for all brands on the floor
- Regularly visit stores to restock, merchandise, and perform general business maintenance
- Train and engage with store associates and management to improve brand performance
- Use reporting tools to analyze business performance and identify opportunities
- Build relationships with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing
- Plan and execute in-store marketing initiatives such as trunk shows and pop-ups
- Provide high quality customer service and follow-up on repairs or special requests
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of retail sales experience; luxury or eyewear experience preferred
- Understanding of the luxury fashion category and retail merchandising
- Exceptional communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Detail oriented with strong follow-through and problem solving
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and measurable results
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook
- Willingness to travel across the assigned territory and reliable car transportation
