Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using texting and social media
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow customer following
• Provide honest styling and fit feedback to customers
• Open new rewards program accounts and promote loyalty enrollment
• Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Fill orders and assist customers across departments when needed
• Work a flexible schedule that varies by business needs
