Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow rewards program accounts
- Provide honest confident feedback to customers about style and fit
- Maintain department readiness by filling orders, stocking, remerchandising and price markdowns
- Perform light cleaning and assist with merchandising tasks
- Work flexibly and occasionally perform duties in other departments as needed
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and customer engagement
Requirements
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Self-motivated and goal oriented with ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Ability to excel in a team environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Physical ability to move continuously for 6-8 hours with frequent bending reaching and lifting
- Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
