Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassadors deliver personalized, on-floor customer experiences that promote the Ralph Lauren lifestyle. They combine product knowledge and styling expertise with digital clienteling to drive sales, coach peers, and support store standards and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling recommendations.
• Drive individual sales and meet KPIs through outreach, wardrobing, and use of digital tools.
• Coach and support Brand Ambassadors to maintain customer-centric behaviors.
• Maintain visual standards and execute merchandising guidelines.
• Capture customer data in CRM systems and participate in store and community initiatives.

Requirements

• Sales experience in specialty, high-volume, or high-profile retail environments preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, operate register, and lift up to 30 lbs; work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools and CRM and ability to adapt presentation for remote or in-person customers.
