Summary

The Salesperson sells women's apparel both in-store and through digital channels, cultivates and grows a customer following, and works to meet individual and team sales goals. This role uses selling tools including text and social media to engage customers and provides styling and fit guidance. The position requires flexibility to support other departments as needed and to work a variable schedule based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling using phone, text, and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open new rewards program accounts.
• Provide styling, fit advice, and confident product recommendations to customers.
• Keep the department customer ready by filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, performing price markdowns, and light cleaning.
• Support team needs and occasionally perform duties in other departments as directed.
