Responsibilities

• Set and achieve individual sales goals through in-store and digital selling, including text and social media outreach
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow repeat business
• Provide personalized styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selections
• Support department operations: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, process price markdowns, and perform light cleaning
• Open Nordstrom Rewards accounts and promote loyalty program participation
• Occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require
