Summary

The Salesperson is passionate about fashion and styling and is responsible for driving sales both in-store and through digital channels by cultivating customer relationships and providing confident style and fit guidance. The role includes using texting and social media for selling, maintaining department presentation, and supporting operational tasks to keep merchandise customer-ready.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Cultivate and grow a customer following and build lasting relationships
• Provide honest and confident feedback to customers about style and fit
• Fill orders, stock, re-merchandise, perform price markdowns, and light cleaning to keep the department customer-ready
• Open new rewards program accounts and support digital selling efforts
• Occasionally perform work in other departments as business needs require and work a flexible schedule
