Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and drive sales for women's apparel through both in-store and digital channels at The Shops At Mission Viejo. Use styling expertise and selling tools, including text and social media, to cultivate and grow a customer following. Maintain a customer-ready department by merchandising, stocking, filling orders, and performing light cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools such as text and social media.
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and assist in opening Nordstrom Rewards accounts.
• Provide honest, confident styling advice and feedback on fit.
• Keep the department customer-ready: fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise, apply price markdowns, and perform light cleaning.
• Collaborate with the team and occasionally perform duties in other departments as business needs require.
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs.
