Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling
- Use text and social media tools to engage customers and grow sales
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and open rewards accounts
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, and re-merchandise displays
- Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet business needs
- Occasionally perform duties in other departments as required
Requirements

- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment

- Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Capable of continuous movement for 6-8 hours and frequent bending and reaching
- Ability to lift regularly up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
