Summary

As a Retail Sales associate in Women's Apparel at Woodfield Shopping Center, you will drive sales both in-store and through digital channels while cultivating lasting customer relationships. You will use text and social media to grow a customer following and meet sales goals, provide styling and fit guidance, and help keep the department customer-ready. The role requires flexibility to work varied schedules and occasionally support other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using selling tools including text and social media
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers and grow Nordstrom Rewards accounts
• Provide honest, confident feedback on style and fit and deliver excellent customer service
• Perform merchandising tasks such as filling orders, stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
• Collaborate with the team and be flexible to work in other departments as needed

Requirements

• Excellent communication and people skills with a self-motivated, goal-oriented approach
• Strong interest in using networking and technology to achieve sales goals and the ability to excel in a team environment
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate organization and follow through
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Physical ability to continuously move for 6-8 hours per shift, including frequent bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 25 pounds
