Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers
- Provide styling and fit guidance and honest product feedback
- Use networking and technology to grow sales and customer base
- Open new customer rewards program accounts
- Perform merchandising tasks including stocking, re-merchandising, price markdowns, and light cleaning
- Fill orders and assist customers with purchases
- Work flexibly across departments as business needs require
- Maintain physical stamina for frequent bending, lifting, and handling merchandise
