Responsibilities
- Conduct bra fittings in the fitting room, measuring for size and recommending appropriate styles.
- Build and maintain customer relationships through personalized service and follow up using text and social media.
- Meet individual and department sales goals through in-store and digital selling.
- Participate in trainings to maintain product and brand knowledge.
- Assist with department tasks including filling orders, stocking, remerchandising, and price markdowns.
- Perform light cleaning and maintain a customer-ready presentation.
