Responsibilities
- Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling using text and social media
- Build and maintain lasting customer relationships and grow a customer following
- Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product selection
- Use networking and technology to drive sales and enroll customers in rewards programs
- Fill orders, stock merchandise, re-merchandise displays, and perform price markdowns
- Keep the department customer ready through light cleaning and organization
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet business needs and support other departments when required
- Be flexible to work varied hours and schedules based on business demand
