Summary

Seasonal and regular retail salesperson responsible for driving sales both in-store and digitally through excellent customer service, styling advice, and use of communication tools including text and social media. The role includes merchandising tasks, stocking, order fulfillment, and supporting other departments as needed while meeting individual and department sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Build and maintain lasting customer relationships
• Provide styling advice and honest feedback on fit and product
• Use text and social media to cultivate and grow a customer following
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and perform remerchandising and price markdowns
• Keep the department customer ready including light cleaning
• Open new rewards program accounts to grow relationships
• Be flexible to work in different departments as business needs require
• Work a variable schedule based on business needs
