Summary

Provide exceptional fashion focused customer service through in-store and digital selling channels while meeting sales goals and supporting department operations. Build lasting customer relationships, open rewards accounts, and contribute to merchandising and inventory tasks. Work a flexible schedule that varies by week and may include duties in other departments.

Responsibilities

• Set and achieve sales goals for in-store and digital selling
• Use texting and social media to engage customers and grow a following
• Build lasting relationships and provide style and fit advice
• Open new Nordstrom Rewards program accounts
• Fill orders, stock merchandise, and remerchandise displays
• Perform price markdowns and light cleaning to keep department customer ready
• Collaborate with team members to support department needs
• Be flexible to work in different departments as required
• Provide excellent customer service on customers terms
