Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding personalized service and consultative selling to clients
• Meet and exceed individual sales plans and performance goals
• Establish develop and maintain a clientele base through clienteling
• Maintain and grow product and brand knowledge
• Collaborate with vendor partners to maximize sales opportunities
• Support store events and promotional activities to drive traffic and sales
• Execute professional selling behaviors and follow company procedures
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed to support store operations
