Retail Stock and Fulfillment - Santa Monica Place

As a Retail Stock and Fulfillment associate at Santa Monica Place, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth logistics operations and providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for receiving and processing merchandise, fulfilling customer orders, and maintaining organized stockrooms and selling floors.

• Receive, unload, and deliver newly arrived merchandise to selling departments.
• Fulfill customer orders in a timely manner following quality standards.
• Prepare and ship customer orders following quality, packing, and shipping standards.
• Utilize inventory management systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
• Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms.
• Provide general support to the store, including setting up special events and organizing backroom.

• High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using a variety of technology and computer applications.
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
