Sales Advisor

Summary

As an Ambassador of the Maison, the Sales Advisor delivers an exceptional brand experience while achieving personal sales targets and developing a high-end client base. The role also supports daily boutique operations and represents the brand in accordance with its heritage and values.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual and boutique sales targets and key performance benchmarks.
• Provide courteous, professional client service and manage each step of the sale ceremony.
• Develop client relationships through targeted follow-up, networking, events, and effective use of CRM data.
• Respond to client requests, negotiate and handle objections, and resolve or escalate concerns as appropriate.
• Support boutique operations, maintain an organized business schedule, and comply with brand policies and guidelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least 5 years of prior work experience in a timepiece-related field.
• Luxury client experience mindset, critical thinking, and solution-oriented skills.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Flexibility to work according to changing boutique schedules; a second language is a plus.
