Sales Ambassador

Summary

Sales Ambassador responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and cultivating lasting client relationships through product knowledge, personalized styling, and clienteling. The role supports sales goals, coaches peers, maintains visual standards, and represents the brand during store and community initiatives. This position requires flexibility to work days, evenings, and weekends and the ability to assist customers both in-person and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer service and styling recommendations.
• Drive sales and support team achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
• Leverage digital tools and CRM to capture customer data and support clienteling.
• Coach and mentor Brand Ambassadors to improve customer centric behaviors.
• Maintain store visual standards and merchandise presentation.
• Participate in store and company initiatives and community outreach.
• Balance multiple tasks while prioritizing the customer experience.
• Support talent sourcing and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Provide feedback to management on category opportunities.

Requirements

• Sales experience in a high-volume or specialty retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate register, stand, walk, and maneuver on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and climb moderately.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, and weekends.
• Experience using digital selling tools and CRM preferred.
• Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with customers and coworkers.
